These workouts are dynamic, fluid, and diverse specifically designed for runners.​  A run specific workout program which focuses on core, flexibility, stability, strength and the power capacity needed for running. ​Led by trainers experienced in working with both professional and Olympic level athletes

A typical RUNSTRONG READY workout: 
​
50-60 minutes total
  • Foam roll  (10 minutes)
  • Dynamic warm-up (10 minutes)
  • Running movement circuit phase (20-30 minutes)
  • ​Cool down/corrective phase (10 minutes)
  • Utilizes the PRINCIPLES OF TRAINING for workouts​
  • The program uses appropriate acute variables (reps,sets,tempos and rest) required in order to improve the runner's performance.
